Monserrat Ames is a Channel Business Mgr., for Multi-Brand Dealers, Western Region. In her current role, Monserrat (aka “Mons”) executes the company’s Go-to-Market initiative to bring Xerox’s full portfolio of product offerings and service delivery to current, two of the largest MBD partners in the USA. HDQ located in So CAL and TX. She leverages sales activities and maximizes coverage through a tight sales management process to help MBD partners drive incremental revenue growth. Prior to her current role, Monserrat held noteworthy roles for growth and experience including, Area Sales Manager/Sales Operation Manager (Channel Partners), Region Sales Manager (High Tech, Large Enterprise Operations), Marketing Manager (Large Enterprise, Western Region), Business Development Manager (North American Agents Operations) leading 28 sales agencies in seven states. In addition to 14 President’s Clubs and four STAR Awards (#1 in the Country) in four different roles, Monserrat consistently exceeded sales plan performance for 29 consecutive years. Monserrat holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of San Diego. Monserrat loves to hike and watch NFL. She resides in San Diego, CA with her wife, Amy.
