Sue Mayrand

Sue Mayrand is a bilingual Project Manager within the EPS & MPS Business Transformation & Delivery Partners group at Xerox Canada Ltd.  As part of Transition & Partner Delivery, she is tasked to ensure large complex MPS (Managed Print Services) transactions are transitioned as planned through rigorous project management and good governance.  Sue is PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montréal.

Sue joined Xerox Canada (XCL) in 2000.  Prior to her current role, Sue was Senior Consultant, Client Transformation with XCL’s Services division, with a mandate to provide strategic consulting for MPS solutions and acting as Assessment Lead  for its deployment. Prior to that, Sue was Senior Consultant at the RFP Centre of Excellence, leading teams to complete large technology and managed print services-led RFP responses. Previous to that, Sue held various Sales positions including Account Executive and Business Development Executive within Xerox Business Services.

Sue has been recognized for her contributions on many occasions, including recipient of the I’m the Future - PMO year-end award, Top Assessment Consultant, multiple President Clubs for Outstanding Sales Achievement and Trailblazer Award for dedication to workplace diversity and inclusion.

Sue has been a member of GALAXe since 2000 and has held various roles on the Board including Past President and Conference Chair. Sue and her wife Mary married in Toronto, Canada in 2003 and reside there.
